Return, Cancellation and Refund Policies



Schultz Communications Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by an authorized representative of Schultz Communications, Inc prior to the return. The customer is responsible for the item until it is accepted by us including but not limited to:

1. Customer must have an RMA (Return Material Number).

2. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance to get the product back to our warehouse or where directed by the RMA (Return Materials Authorization)

3. Customer is responsible for all losses and/or damage to the product(s) until it is accepted by Schultz Communications, Inc.

4. Customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery of item purchased to request an RMA number.

5. The customer is responsible for lost shipment and damages when returning the product to us. We recommend insuring the shipment and requiring a proof of delivery from carrier.

6. We will not allow returns on cable that has been cut to length or special order items.

7. Schultz Communications, Inc reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior written approval.


Schultz Communications Warranty

The Manufacturer's warranty applies on all new products in lieu of any warranty we might offer. As a distributor we can offer assistance in the process of obtaining warranty from a manufacturer but it is still their warranty. If a manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty then the product carries a 1 year warranty FROM THEM, if the manufacturer offers only a 30 day warranty then the product only has a 30 day warranty FROM THEM. In no case does Schultz Communications, Inc offer any warranty on new products. Please contact your sales representative for information and to answer any questions before you place your order.

Sales and Rental of equipment is be made with the following terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will not be binding upon Schultz Communications, Inc. unless specifically agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Schultz Communications, Inc.

Unless otherwise stated, Schultz Communications Inc warranty will cover equipment sold or rented by Schultz Communications, Inc. excluding new equipment where manufacturers’ warranty is in lieu of Schultz Communications Inc. Warranty.

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty term begins on the day the equipment ships and expires 6 months thereafter. Any modification to the warranty period will be in writing and/or on the invoice.

The Schultz Communications, Inc warrants the equipment against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise stated below:

1. Schultz Communications, Inc can, at its option, repair the equipment, provide a replacement or offer a credit to customer's account AFTER return of the equipment with prior approval.

2. IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SCHULTZ COMMUNICATIONS, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The Warranty DOES NOT COVER cosmetic defects which do not affect the operation of the equipment.

Repairs made to the equipment during a warranty period will be guaranteed for thirty (30) days, but does not increase the term of the warranty by more than thirty (30) days. Any extension of the warranty period only covers the equipment's operation affected by the repair.

Customers having tampered with the equipment without authorization from Schultz Communications, Inc will VOID the Warranty.

ALL equipment covered by Warranty will have to be returned to Schultz Communications, Inc for any warranty work. The customer is responsible for all costs to return the equipment to Schultz Communications, Inc. Schultz Communications, Inc is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the equipment to the customer.

Schultz Communications, Inc liability on any claim of any kind is limited to the actual purchase price of the equipment paid by the customer.

The terms and conditions contained herein represent the complete agreement between Schultz Communications, Inc and the Customer, and no modification will be binding on Schultz Communications, Inc. unless agreed to in writing by the Company's authorized representative.

This usually occurs every month or so. We are always trying to make our site even easier to use and welcome any suggestions you may have.


We will contact you after any order is placed to confirm the order and let you know if there are any problems with it. Orders placed before 3:00 pm CST on in-stock items ship the same day. Sometimes events outside of our control will leave us sold out of a product, especially the used equipment, without the ability to ship promptly. We will contact you and offer the option of back ordering it for you. When that product is available all back orders are filled based on the date the order was placed. When your back order is ready to ship we will contact you to confirm that you still will take delivery of the product.

In the event we are unable to fill the order we will offer a substitution.

Credit card orders are not charged to your account until the order is shipped. If it is a special order item you will be contacted, and your account will be charged when the order is placed.



We always reserve the right to cancel any order placed with the limits of our liability being a refund or substitution at our discretion.



Returns are governed by our Return Policy . We do guarantee our products and also provide a Our Warranty on them.
