Used with multiple-line wire the 108 wire terminal mounts on the strand of an aerial cable or on the support wire of multiple-line wire. It also contains an external ground clamp for bonding to the strand or support wire. The terminals may be mounted on a pole or crossarm by using a 45A bracket which must be ordered seperately.
The 108A1B-16 terminal contains 2A1B carbon protector units providing 800-volt capable protection. There are 16 flexible grommets included for drop wire entry.
Features a 16-pair cast-resin terminal block mounted in a cast aluminum housing. Hinged cover is provided.
