Shipping Information
Schultz Communications, Inc will ship most orders of in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM CST the same business day.
Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Small items may ship via the US Postal Service.
Normal UPS delivery is from 2 to 8 working days. Special orders & truck shipments can take approximately 1 to 6 weeks depending on the items. Call (800) 422-4823 for details.
Export Orders: For countries outside the US please call (830) 693-4039 for export arrangements.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders.
COD fees are additional per box.
Delivery Insurance
To better protect your orders in transit, we include a 1.5% Package Protection fee at checkout to cover your order against loss or damage during shipping and delivery. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, this coverage allows us to quickly review and resolve the issue - including sending a replacement when appropriate - without lengthy carrier claims or delays. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and that any shipping issues are handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Ordering Information
We will contact you after any order is placed to confirm the order and let you know if there are any problems with it.
In the event we are unable to fill the order we will offer a substitution.
Sometimes events outside of our control will leave us sold out of a product, especially the used equipment, without the ability to ship promptly. We will contact you and offer the option of back ordering it for you. When that product is available all back orders are filled based on the date the order was placed. When your back order is ready to ship we will contact you to confirm that you still will take delivery of the product.
We always reserve the right to cancel any order placed with the limits of our liability being a refund or substitution at our discretion.
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. We do guarantee our products and also provide a Warranty on them.
Payment Options
You can apply for an open terms account by printing and filling out completely our Credit Application Credit Application signing and faxing it back to us at (830) 693-7901.
You can always pay with a credit card by using our shopping cart on the website. On large purchases and international orders you will also need to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form by filling out, signing and faxing it back to us at (830) 693-7901.
Credit card orders are not charged to your account until the order is shipped. If it is a special order item you will be contacted, and your account will be charged when the order is placed.
