Decades of in-field use have proven this high visibility orange rod material to have the ideal combination of the mechanical properties of tensile strength,modulus, stiffness and bending behavior. Now available in either standard core or detectable copper core When loaded onto our durable yet maneuverable dispenser/carriers these duct rodders are fundamentally essential tools for underground tasks such as cleaning and locating ducts, threading lines or pulling cables Rodders come equipped with a male threaded end fitting and tapered head on the leading end and a female threaded fitting on the back end Our carriers are made of tubular steel alloy and are powder coated for corrosion resistance. Larger diameter carriers have inboard wheels for easier transport at the jobsite. Each carrier is fitted with a hand-operated brake to control payout. Note: Duct Rodders are made to order.
