GMP General Machine Products P/N 24193 Fiberglass Extension Handle Lay-up Stick - 3 Foot Long
These useful handles or "lay-up sticks" provide extended reach for all aerial applications including cable placing & tree pruning.
Fiberglass Handles The fiberglass handles are made of light tubular fiberglass, 1 1/4 inches in diameter. They are completely interchangeable with and slightly lighter than the wooden handles. The life of the fiberglass handle is greater than that of the wooden handle. Each has a special surface treatment for user protection from fiber pickup. Each handle has a dielectric strength of at least 25kv/in., and a highly visible yellow color for extra safety in bad weather. The handles are available in the standard 6 ft. length as well as a 3 ft. length 24193 3 ft fiberglass handles 1 lb 24194 6 ft fiberglass handles 2 lbs
