The Poly Plug™ is designed to seal standard duct, inner-duct or terminators from the damaging and expensive effects of weather, job site debris, and animal incursion.
The tapered fit ensures an easy, snug installation, while the scalloped ridges create a snap-in seal to prevent accidental dislodging of the plug. The base of the plug features a sturdy flanged lip to easily remove the plug. All Poly Plugs have a designed-in rope-tie making mule tape or other line easy to tie-off and readily at-hand for future use.
Molded from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), a semi-pliable, high-impact and chemically inert resin that has near-zero moisture absorption properties. LDPE is resistant to ultraviolet light, ozone and is capable of withstanding extreme fluctuations in temperature.
