Allegro 9804-17 25mm/.45µ + 5.0µ TEM Cassette (50/Box)
This 25mm, .45µm + -5.0µm cassette is designed for asbestos final clearance testing. The cassettes incorporate a 2" static conductive extension cowl and meets all applicable standards. 50 per box.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The cassettes are designed and manufactured to meet all applicable NIOSH/EPA/OSHA Standards. Each cassette is individually assembled, preloaded, flow tested, and marked under stringent quality assurance procedures.
CASSETTE HOUSING: Manufactured from carbon filled polypropylene(made from 20% recycled material) 2" (5.0cm) static conductive extension cowl Three piece housing Tapered inlet Stand-up plug installed in outlet end ready to use
MEMBRANE: 25mm media with support pad 0.45 µm + 5.0µm Mixed Cellulose Ester
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Random lot sample testing performed daily by an independent laboratory Individually assembled and preloaded Individually flow tested prior to shipment Testing is performed in a clean room utilizing a Class 100 laminar flow hood Each cassette is banded and marked with serial number and bar code
