Ideal for longitudinal cuts in cable sheath and metallic shield for placement of inner sheath bond clamps Precision ground cutting blades for easier cutting Volute spring for easy opening and closing with latch on the jaw to keep handles closed when not in use Ergonomically designed plastic formed handles for increased safety and comfort
