Saves valuable installation time over traditional single-blade tools that require multiple cycles. Should be used exclusively with Xcelerator jacks. Additionally, it is necessary to use this with HUBBELL POWER SYSTEMS Premise Wiring "Jack Knuckles" (HXTA) termination aid.
