Multilink 020-243-10 Dual In Line Fiber Optic Splice Enclosure Splice Closures
SFX-0 DUAL | Fiber Optic Enclosure 020-243-10 The Starfighter Xpress comes from a heritage of proven and established in-line splice enclosures that are tested in accordance to Telcordia GR-771-Core and Multilink’s Six Sigma standards. The Starfighter Xpress splice terminal closure is the choice for FTTX greenfield, brownfield and future fiber plant expansions. Its versatile design allows for field expansions from a standard 48 to 96 count splice capacity, or 96 to 192 ribbon fiber with the simple addition of merging an additional Starfighter Xpress base and cover that has a removable sealed window opening. The cover of each Starfighter Xpress can be interchangeable with a flat cover or a drop port cover. The Starfighter Xpress can be fitted in the field as well with a patch and splice kit that can hold up to 24 patch and splices per Starfighter Xpress enclosure. Additional drop capacity can be achieved through adding grommet inserts to the cable entry grommets end plate housing holders. There are over 18 grommet inserts to choose from. The drop port cover can be outfitted with Multilink’s Surelight™ SC/LC adapters and or the Scout adapters and Optitaps™. Multilink’s Starfighter Xpress has the ability to grow with the fast changing needs of your fiber plant
