Used to support six pair telephone drop wire at span clamps, drive hooks, and various drop attachments. Bail wires are formed from 430 Stainless Steel. All six pair drop wire clamps have dimpled shims to prevent damaging cable jackets. Stainless steel drop wire clamps are formed from 304 Stainless Steel. Drop wire clamps shall hold, without slippage, a suitable length of drop wire until sufficient load is applied to break the drop wire or to a maximum load of 800 pounds.
