NBS traceable calibration parameters are permanently stored in the instrument memory for ease of use. The instrument has been designed to be easy to use without any particular training. The FOT-90 constitute a highly accurate fiber optic power meter. The FOT-90 is available with an optional built in LED/Laser light source (G) which are energized from a seperate battety circuit to avoid power failure with your power meter.

If you are also using the built-in LED laser option then your instrument will operate approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. A full battery charge requires 16 hours of charging and will automatically stop after that period if the AC/DC converter is left connected.
